Judicial Watch Demands DOJ Records Pertaining to Dinesh D'Souza Judicial Watch, a nonprofit watchdog group, has demanded that the Department of Justice turn over all records pertaining to Dinesh D'Souza's indictment for breaking campaign finance law. The organization is hoping to discover whether D'Souza was specifically targeted by the government as retribution for his political films. If the Department of Justice does not respond within a month, Judicial Watch will file a lawsuit against the government. "It's unlikely that government bureaucrats will respond as the law requires," Fitton said. "Too often, we have to sue. A lawsuit is always a viable option." Read more here.
