Dinesh D'Souza Reveals Opening Sequence From America Dinesh D'Souza previewed the opening sequence of his upcoming film, America, at the 2014 Republican Leadership Conference this past Saturday. The clip depicts a montage of American landscapes and sets up some of the arguments presented in the film. America will arrive in theaters nationwide on July 2nd. "The left is winning the cultural war," D'Souza said. "Republicans treat politics as a hobby while the left engages more in academia, culture and the media. Conservatives have been politically outmatched because they're not fighting on their natural battlefield. I want to step back from the narrow political debate and take a 25,000-foot view of the culture." Watch the opening sequence of the film here. America Showtimes and Theaters Now Available!
