Friend,

“A big nothing burger” — that’s what President Trump's Chief of Staff Reince Priebus called a meeting between Trump's top campaign advisors and a Vladimir Putin-connected lawyer.

But yesterday, in an email thread published online by the President’s son, we learned even more about the exchange that took place inside Trump Tower last year:

DJT Jr. Tweet

Friend, news about the Russian government’s support for Mr. Trump—and their eagerness to pass along hacked information to the Trump campaign—is anything BUT a “nothing burger!”

We must continue to expose Russia’s influence over our politics and help Americans understand the depth and breadth of Moscow’s tactics. If we don’t hold them accountable now, Vladimir Putin and his allies will have every incentive to continue attacking our democratic norms, ideals and institutions.

Watch and share our latest video, then demand that Speaker Paul Ryan and Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy pass the overwhelmingly bipartisan Senate sanctions bill against Moscow immediately.

House Republicans need to decide their loyalties. Will they advance Putin’s agenda in the US or prioritize America’s interests and values?

Let’s be clear: inaction is unacceptable, plain and simple.

We need strong Russia sanctions to protect our nation from Moscow’s future attacks.
