Some of you have already replied to this email.  If that is the case, you do not need to reply again.
I just want to make sure that no group misses out on help, if the help is available.

Dear Local Coordinator,

Your state is considered a high-priority state either because it is a swing state, you have an important senate race, or in some cases, both. As the election draws closer, we realize that many local groups may want, or need, some extra help for their GOTV project(s). With this in mind, we would like to have local groups in non high-priority states 'adopt' a local group in a high-priority state. If your group is interested in being adopted (adopting simply means that tea partiers from another state are willing to volunteer under your direction) please let me know as soon as possible. Once you are matched with another group, you will be able to communicate directly with the groups local coordinator(s), share your plans and let them know how they can help you.

Your state coordinator is also available as a resource and to assist with facilitating this project.
